DecksDirect is seeking an Assistant Buyer who enjoys team collaboration, solving problems, and having fun at work. This role executes critical day-to-day responsibilities to help the merchandising team successfully carry out its mission of having the largest in-stock product assortment in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist purchasing team with SKU management and product availability
• Work with Sales team, providing product information to answer customer questions
• Manage sales and purchase orders between DecksDirect and our vendors
• Monitor SKU data, inventory amount and pricing accuracy of assigned product lines
• Maintain close relationships with our vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or similar work experience
• Proactive work ethic and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A sense of humor (required)

• Full-time role, Monday-Friday

• Reports to Merchandising Manager
• Located in Plymouth, MN
