As their team continues to grow, we have been asked to help identify a Manager of Development Engineering to oversee the engineering activities all throughout the company's development and operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this person will manage the creation of BODs, selection and maintaining relationships with engineering partners, quality & document control, risk & cost analysis, and engineering information dissemination.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or in a related field of study.
• 3 years of relevant work experience, solar preferred.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (internal & external).
• Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
