Job Description
Accounting professioinal looking for a change? Do you want a varity in your day and not just working with numbers?  We are looking for someone with an Accounting background to do the accounting for a small company (50% of their time) plus many other administrative tasks (the other 50% of their time).  We need someone who is very organized and is a wiz at multi tasking with intruruptions.  You will work closely with the President of the company and the Office Manager.  We are a growing asphalt paving company who has been in business for 37 years.  We specialize in new home construction driveways.  The office envrioment is friendly and casual.
 
 Qualifications/Duties:
  • VERY Computer Savvy with experience across multiple softwware programs (Word, Excel, Access, Email)
  • Answer Phones         
  • Quickbooks Data Entry & Operation
  • Understanding of Receivables and Collectiing payments and reconsiliation
  • Payroll & HR Background for Employees
  • Customer Service
  • Filing
  • Good Communication Skills (oral and written)
  • Organize
  • Multi Task
 
 
Preferred Experience
  • Accounting Degree preferred and not required
  • Admistrative experiece of 5+ years
