Delivery Drivers
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for deliveries of pre-sold products to assigned accounts within Minneapolis and surrounding communities. During an average week, Bernick’s Minneapolis delivery drivers will drive more than 200 metro miles delivering 3,000 cases to hundreds of establishments within our service territory.
Position Responsibilities
•Delivering and merchandising carbonated, non-carbonated beverages and kegs weighing up to 165 pounds.
•Possess intermediate computer skills
•Prepare and extend delivery tickets, showing cases placed and credits given.
•Perform accurate accounting of full and empty goods.
•Perform routine vehicle inspection and operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
•Develop and maintain good Company image in the trade and industry to achieve the Company’s objective for the overall growth and availability of Bernick's brands.
Required Skills:
Qualifications
•High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
•18 years of age or older
•Route Drivers require a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL)
•A driving record which meets Company standards
•Repetitive twisting, bending, and lifting of up to 60 lbs. and occasionally of up to 165 lbs.
