Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete all assigned duties in relationship to onboarding new staff; coordinate with business segment liaison and hiring manager for systems access and equipment procurement
  • Manage activities to ensure smooth and effective training of new behavioral health clinical staff and non-clinical staff; develop training schedule, deliver trainings, coordinate with subject matter experts and National trainers to deliver training
  • Develop/update training materials, as needed, and facilitate trainings on new and/or updated policies, procedures, and systems
  • Create summary reports to track site trainings and support team compliance of completing annual regulatory trainings
  • Demonstrate clinical effectiveness by providing appropriate clinical direction in training modules for clinical staff and aligning this training with clinical direction provided by Managers and Senior Leaders
  • Demonstrate knowledge of clinical resources and incorporate in training
  • Utility resource for the site in meeting resource needs necessary for daily operations
  • Project manager and/or participation in various initiatives, helping to support the delivery of action items of these initiatives
  • Collaboration with Leadership, National Trainers, Project Managers, and other entities within the organization to stay abreast and support implementation of clinical and non-clinical initiatives, policies and procedures, and new business
  • Coordinate and facilitate site visits with guests from other parts of the organization and with our customer

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degre in psychology, social work, counseling or related field, or registered psychiatric nurse
  • Current, non-restricted independent license in a behavioral health field or RN
  • 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience in an appropriate behavioral health environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must live within a commutable distance of our Eden Prairie, MN office location

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a managed care environment
  • Substance abuse experience
  • Medical or behavioral health collaboration within different organizations
  • Experience doing care coordination and utilization management
  • Experience in working with children, adolescents and families
  • Experience in working in a hospital setting
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Organizational skills
