Clinical Software Instructor
Do you enjoy learning software, building relationships and training others? Do you have healthcare experience? We need energetic, articulate people to teach our software solutions to our client users.
To be successful in this position, you will need excellent presentation skills, technical skills, experience with adult instruction and post-acute healthcare experience. If you are very organized, self-directed and enjoy traveling, this is a good opportunity.
Software Instructor Duties Include:
Deliver instructor-led training on MDI Achieve software products in a variety of settings, and according to the MDI Achieve curricula.
Consult with clients to determine their needs, gather pre-training information, be informed on best practices, and prepare for upcoming training sessions.
Conduct, MatrixCare Process Reviews/Needs Analysis consulting and system setup as assigned.
Communicate and prioritize with internal resources to resolve issues during implementation processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
Ability to instruct / teach adults in technical software processes and procedures
Excellent presentation skills
Working knowledge of clinical tasks performed in a Long Term Care environment.
Healthcare experience as RN or LPN
or LTC clinical practices in regards to MDS, Care Plans, Physician Orders and documentation
Ability to communicate with clients regarding data conversions and interface processes
Four-year degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related profession or clinical degree.
