TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER

Our Technical Assistance Center is looking for highly motivated Technical Support Engineers who will
help the company provide the next level of quality and service to our clients and partners by
resolving customer issues, answering questions and helping drive quality solutions. You will be part of
a growing team of technical support engineers assisting with our software products to help customers
manage their call centers and their customers.
What You'll Do:
The CSE position will be assisting customers, providing technical support on Calabrio products for
customers and partners using our products in a production environment. You will be opening and
updating technical cases, working with our development team and solving customer issues in real
time. In this role you will be intimately involved with day to day operations of our technical support
processes and products.
What we are looking for:
4 year degree in Computer Science or similar field
Technical Support or previous call center support
Great customer skills both verbal and written
Desire to learn and grow with a dynamic and fast paced organization
Experience using Salesforce.com
