Meridian Services and Zenith Services provides assistance to people with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Our programs include residential group homes, services provided in the consumers own home and our vocational center.

We have full-time and part-time weekday and overnights, summer only shifts, weekend hours and overnight weekends, available at various locations including; Blaine, Brooklyn Park, New Brighton, Maple Grove, Crystal, Coon Rapids, Golden Valley, Cottage Grove, Buffalo and Maple Lake in addition to surrounding Metro areas.

All positions require employees to be at least 18, have a vehicle, current car insurance, and have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy. A minimum of 1 years’ experience working with challenging behaviors and Mental Health experience is required. Program Counselor 4 and 5 positions require significant experience with challenging behaviors.
