Resident Care Coordinator – RN Supervisor
 
Augustana Mercy Care Center of Moose Lake is seeking an experienced, detail oriented person to assist in leading our nursing department.  We are conveniently located off I-35, 90 miles north of the Twin Cities and 40 miles south of Duluth.  If you are interested in joining a family and community centered environment located near beautiful lakes and small towns please contact us.
 
This full-time (8 days/two-weeks) opening as Resident Care Coordinator provides the opportunity to be a part of the management team, a new TCU program, and work with residents and direct nursing staff. The successful candidate will be familiar with long-term care, Medicare reimbursement rules, the MN case mix system and take pride in the delivery of excellent service.
 
Must be accredited RN, have current MN licensure, previous supervisory experience in LTC and TCU environments.  Have excellent problem solving, organization, and communication skills.  Along with the ability to work with a variety of personalities in a professional manner and computer skills required.
