Cooks I:
Fun & Games like no place else! Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino is Minnesota’s premier entertainment destination. This entry level position is a great opportunity for individual's looking to gain valuable experience in an all service kitchen. Primary responsibility include setting up serving line prior to serving time; which includes supply line and concessions with food products according to the prep list.
Cooks II:
Fun & Games like no place else! Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino is Minnesota’s premier entertainment destination. The ideal candidate for this position has 1-2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry and is able to communicate well.
Cooks III:
Fun & Games like no place else! Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino is Minnesota’s premier entertainment destination. The ideal candidate for this position has 3 years of culinary experience in cold and hot bulk food preparation; which includes entrees, sauces, soups, salads and dressings.
