| Description: | Saint Therese of New Hope is looking for a Speech Therapoist Clinical Specialist to join our growing team. The position would be primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekend and holiday coverage. |
| Duties: | Basic Function: Responsible for participating in program development, conducting training and providing in-service presentations. Direct and provide quality patient care using recognized and approved techniques and appropriate professional judgment. Provide direction and supervision to Therapy Assistants, Rehab Aide, and to students per MN guidleines. |
| Qualifications: | Education: Graduate of Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy Program, minimum of Bachleor's Degree. Experience: Minimum of one year experience as a Therapist in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Licensed in the State of Minnesota Ability to work effectively with clients Ability to work cooperatively with others Ability to work independently Demonstrates good documentation skills Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills Demonstrates knowledge of current insurance guidelines Demonstrate strong leadership and teaching skills Demonstrates good organization and time management skills Provides a quality customer service focus and enthusiatic attitude |
