Job Description
Minnesota Epilepsy Group provides comprehensive care including differential diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, and education services for children, teens, and adults with epilepsy. We are recognized by National Association Epilepsy Centers (NAEC) as a Level 4 Epilepsy Center. Minnesota Epilepsy Group has the professional expertise and facilities to provide the highest level of medical and surgical evaluation and treatment for patients with complex epilepsy.
Minnesota Epilepsy Group is a growing organization with opportunities for nurse practitioners to join our interdisciplinary team and work with us in one of our long-term monitoring units that are within United Hospital (St. Paul) and Abbott Northwestern Hospital (Minneapolis).

Our only requirement is a current Minnesota advance practice licensure or Minnesota licensure eligible. Will train the right candidate, including new graduates!

- Managing a caseload of adult patients, including H & P’s, orders, prescriptions, and documentation, in collaboration with MD’s and interdisciplinary team members in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare providers
- Providing epilepsy education to patients, families and other care providers
- Participating in research activities, clinical trials and publications
