Options Residential, Inc. is dedicated to provide an environment that teaches and enhances to empower individuals who have a diagnosis of Traumatic Brain Injury/Mental Illness/Substance Abuse to increase independence.
Our program is developed as a step down program so clients can achieve and maintain at one level then move to more independent programming.
Our programs are located in Burnsville, Bloomington, Eagan and Rosemount.

OPEN INTERVIEWS WILL OCCUR ON every Monday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and Tuesdays at 9:00am to 11:00am. Interested candidates must arrive between 4:00pm and 4:30pm on Mondays and between 9:00am and 9:30am on Tuesdays to be considered.

Requirements:
- Applicants who are currently pursuing a degree or have obtained a Bachelors or Associates of Arts degree in social service, psychology or behavioral science
- Minimal 1 year experience working with Traumatic Brain Injury/Mental Illness/Substance Abuse preferred
- Have a valid MN driver's license
- Maintain current auto insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must not have DWI, DUI, driving with suspended license, 3 speeding tickets in 3 years, or reckless driving citations in the past 5 years
- Be able to pass DHS background check
Skills:
- Possess excellent communication, writing and organization skills
- Be able to attend trainings as scheduled
- Be able to provide a wide range of personal cares
- Be able to follow client programming goals to enhance independence
