Northeast Bank, located in vibrant northeast Minneapolis has a great opportunity for a hard working individual looking for a challenging and diversified position. We have a professional, comfortable culture - that's why our turnover is so low. We are seeking a commercial lending officer with 10+ years of lending experience.  Top candidates would be able to utilize their business development connections to generate $3-5 million in loan balances in addition to expanding relationships from an assigned portfolio from the bank. Primary responsibilities include negotiating loan terms, portfolio management, generating deposits, cross selling appropriate banking products, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a business major, financial acumen, strong communication skills, and a desire to serve our community with an independent community bank.
