Human Resource Recruiter / Generalist
In this position, the primary component of this role is recruiting for employees to be a part of our organization by developing creative approaches, interviewing potential candidates and partnering with leaders in developing recruitment strategies. You will work with individual employees and leaders throughout the organization to deliver an extraordinary employment experience, while keeping the focus and drive on our vision as an organization will be imperative. Additional components of this role will include facilitating payroll, leaves, benefits and performance management. This position requires a strong decision maker with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of practical recruitment experience.
