This is a newly created position that will lead the growing eBanking and cash management area of Northeast Bank and work as a partner with other departments to grow adoption of all the products and services involved. Accountable for the efficient and effective administration, risk management, and compliance of the all products and services involved. Responsible for communicating changes and updates to all Northeast Bank staff in relation to the eBanking and cash management area.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the eBanking area of Northeast Bank – responsible for sales, service, and tracking of the following products and services: online banking, online cash management, bill pay, sweep account options, ACH, wire transfers, lock box accounts, remote deposit, mobile banking, merchant processing, Visa cards, debit cards, Positive Pay, consumer electronic payments, online account opening, and any future offerings.
Oversee and assist with sales, qualification, installation, training, proposal development and servicing of the growing portfolio of eBanking clients. This includes mandatory FFIEC security training, audits, trouble-shooting, problem solving, and product suggestions to satisfy customer needs.
Responsible for risk management and compliance of eBanking products and services. Oversees policy and procedure development and adherence. This includes vendor management, audits, annual reviews required by regulators, risk assessments, security settings, security monitoring management and maintenance of required documentation. Work with various departments to identify, mitigate, and resolve fraudulent activity issues relating to these areas.
Effectively communicate any suggested additions, changes or issues related to eBanking or cash management products and services to the SVP of Strategy and Analysis and to senior management.
Work with marketing, commercial, and retail banking to develop programs geared toward increasing eBanking adoption (i.e. non-interest income and product/service penetration).
Support internal training and tool development for our products and services.
Oversees the implementation and ongoing management of document imaging for the cash management area. Supports other operational areas with document imaging needs.
