Sambatek is currently seeking a Land Development Planner / Residential Market Leader to work with a team to win and execute land development engineering projects. As a market leader, this individual will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing new projects in the residential market. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that has the desire to grow in their career!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expertise within the local land development community including strong understanding of local regulatory process.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
- Defines project tasks, schedule and resource requirements.
- Complies with and helps the enforcement of company standards, policies and procedures.
- Driven to pursue growth and business development opportunities
- Possess strong project management and budget skills
- Provide day-to-day guidance to project team staff as needed.
- Provides on-going communication with the client related to the project.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Engineering
- Professional license preferred but not required
- 10+ years of consulting experience in land development
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Good mentoring skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive and solution orientated approach to projects
