Sambatek is currently seeking a Project Engineer for our Transportation group. This individual will assist Project Manager on drafting and design work on various exciting transportation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in the drafting and design of transportation projects
- Review local zoning codes, preliminary entitlements process requirement and submittals and permitting requirements and submittals
- Communicated and coordinates project work with all project team members
- Assist in maintaining client relationships by providing exceptional services and quality through the our deliverables
- Maintain and organize project files in the network project folder
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1-5 years related engineering work experience preferred
- Proficiency with MicroStation CAD
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
- Strong self-motivation, communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects keeping strong attention to detail
