We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play an important role in the growth plans for Sambatek.  We anticipate adding new office locations, hiring new team members and continuing our efforts to be “The Best Place to Work”.  The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work directly with the Leadership Team on recruiting and organizational development plans.

In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the development and management of the Company's recruiting objectives, including diversity and inclusion efforts. This person will be able to successfully identify and deploy creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work as a partner to managers and the Leadership Team to deliver high quality talent from diverse pools through an effective and efficient process resulting in high caliber talent, positive candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction. This position will report to the HR Manager.

Specific Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years increased work experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
  • Work experience in the Engineering, Construction or Architecture industries is a plus.
  • PHR or SPHR / SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi- task in a fast paced environment.
  • Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships/trust at all levels.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail orientated and extensive problem solving and critical thinking skills
