We are seeking an HR Manager who will play an important role in the growth plans for Sambatek.  We anticipate adding new office locations, hiring new team members and continuing our efforts to be “The Best Place to Work”.  The HR Manager will work directly with the Leadership Team on these strategic business planning efforts, resource allocation, recruiting and retention strategies and organizational development plans. 

In addition, the HR Manager will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of HR programs and policies. The HR Manager acts as the central resource to management and staff with a strong emphasis on talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, compliance and health and safety.The HR Manager has two direct reports, which is likely to increase as the Company meets its growth goals.

Specific Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years increased work experience working in and managing the HR function. Professional services environment a plus.
  • PHR or SPHR / SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification desirable.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi- task in a fast paced environment.
  • Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships/trust at all levels.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail orientated and extensive problem solving and critical thinking skills
