We are currently seeking a Transportation Group Lead to work with our Minnesota team to execute Transportation engineering projects representing clients such as MnDOT, counties, Met Transit and other agencies. This individual will help us maintain and expand our Minnesota Transportation engineering practice and develop new business by collaborating with other internal disciplines as well as coordinating client meetings, interviews and proposals. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that has the desire to build something great!

Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, licensed in the State of Minnesota or the ability to become licensed within 6 months of hiring
- 8+ years of engineering experience, consulting firm experience preferred
- Proven ability to identify potential new clients, develop and execute a business development plan, prepare proposals and presentations, and win new clients.
- Experience managing large projects
- Experience managing/leading team members
- Strong self-motivation and communication skills
