QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Process paying and receiving functions. • Accepts and process payments • Issues Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Gift cards, and Travel cards. • Balancing of teller drawers and machines. • Process coin orders, and coin charges • Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds • Answer phone inquiries • Balance the ATM • Process cash advances. • Perform other activities as requested by the Teller Supervisors, and the Assistant Teller Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS Customer service & cash handling exp., exceptional customer service skills & good figure aptitude. Must be flexible & available M-F 6:45 am - 6:00 pm, varies per location. Saturdays 8:45 am – 12:00 pm.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent and one or more years of solid related experience and/or training preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to lift supplies, roll, lift and stack coin. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
