As a Civil CAD Designer/Technician, you will be designing and preparing site development plans for a variety of land development projects in all sectors, including single and multi-family residential, industrial, retail and office. Development projects include national and local developers, architects and land owners. This individual will work with the project managers, engineers, landscape architects and surveyors on various projects from 1 acre to over 160 acres. You will become proficient in site design utilizing Civil 3D and HydroCAD software. Design work will include site, grade, utility, stormwater and erosion control.

Specific Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience preferred
- 2 year or A.A.S. degree in CAD Technology or a related field
- Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, Windows OS and Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to manage and manipulate Civil 3D styles
- Working knowledge of databases, GIS a plus
- Possess strong self-motivation, communication skills (written and verbal), leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects and have attention to detail
