Sleep Number is hiring top talent to join our passionate team of customer and product advocates. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a subject matter expert on our full suite of products and serve as a key point of contact for our customers when they have questions, concerns, or comments regarding our products, offering exceptional experiences for each of our customers. Available Full Time Shifts
o 11:30 am-8:00 pm M-F and every other Saturday (1 weekday off when you work a Saturday)

Key Qualifications:
- Comfortable with emerging technology and Windows applications; Siebel experience a plus
- 2+ years of Customer Service work experience; Call center experience is a plus
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Active listening skills
- Have reliable transportation to our job site in Plymouth, MN
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary
- High School Diploma or GED required
