Options Residential, Inc. is now offering a $1200 Retention Bonus 

 
 
West Saint Paul Hours Available:
Full-Time: Sunday-Thursday and every other weekend 2:30pm-11pm
Part Time: Fridays and every other weekend 2:30pm-11pm
Part Time: Mondays and every other weekend 6:30am-3pm
Part Time: Friday and Saturday 2pm-10:30pm

By joining our team as a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with mental illness, traumatic brain injuries and substance abuse to reach their personal recovery goal.  As a direct support professional you will work with the individuals we serve to increase their independent living and community skills.  Additional responsibilities may be providing assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal cares. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in their community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.

Job Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
  • Previous experience is not necessary
  • The desire to help individuals with achieve their personal hopes and dreams.

  • Positions scheduled to work between 3pm - 7am receive an additional $0.25/hour.
  • Full-time (40 hrs/wk) positions are eligible for medical, HSA, dental, vision, life, AD&D, long-term disability, 401(k), holidays and PTO.
  • Part-time (30-39 hrs/wk) positions are eligible for all of the above benefits, except holidays and PTO.
