Working title:  Executive Director of CBS
Location: Vadnais Heights, MN
Salary Range: $100,830 - $144,281
 
We have a great opportunity for an Executive Director at Minnesota Department of Human Services. This position will provide executive leadership, oversight, and direction for Community Based Services, a major segment of the Department of Human Services’ Direct Treatment and Care program, to ensure quality person-centered care, treatment and training are provided to individuals supported. 
Job Requirements

• Experience providing executive leadership over specialized residential and vocational programs
• Experience of financial and management information systems sufficient to manage and lead an organization
• Knowledge of state and local services available to persons with disabilities in Minnesota; sufficient to plan, implement, and evaluate services in various regions of the state
• Knowledge of accreditation and certification processes, Minnesota licensing and judicial processes
• Ability to manage and direct human, fiscal, capital and technological resources to deliver timely and appropriate quality processes and person-centered outcomes.
