Job Description: The Infant Team Program Manager works collaboratively with Hennepin County Child Protection staff, Clinicians, Family Services Specialists, the Infant Team Clinical Director and the court team members to improve developmental outcomes in children in out of home placement due to maltreatment and decrease risk of recidivism in cases where the child is returned to the custody of biological parents. Experience: A minimum of five years of experience working in program management and supervision within nonprofit child/family-focused setting is required.
