The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for individuals interested in being in our paraprofessional substitute pool for the 2015-2016 school year.

The following is a summary of the substitute pay rates and a listing of our paraprofessional positions for which we may need a substitute (you will be able to choose which positions you prefer on the application itself).

Managerial Paraprofessionals - Playground/lunchroom monitors (typically 2 hours per day & dress appropriately for weather for playground positions)

Instructional Paraprofessionals - Title 1, ESL/English as a Second Language, Media assistants (typically 6 hours per day)

Special Education Paraprofessionals - Teaching assistants for students with learning disabilities, emotional behavior disorders, autism and/or physical disabilities throughout the district. (typically 7 hours per day)

Health Assistant - Serving as a non-licensed auxiliary health care worker for students and staff. (3-8 hours per days)

Security Monitor - Assist building level administration with ensuring the ongoing safety and security of students, staff & site guests. (7.5 to 8 hours per day)

Technology Support Assist - To perform first-level help desk, troubleshooting & repair districtwide. (typically 8 hours per day)

Salary Schedule:

$12.39 - Managerial

$14.18 - Instructional

$13.82 - Special Ed

$14.18 - Health Assist

$13.29 - Security

$13.66 - Tech Support
