We are currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to work with a team to execute water/wastewater projects, for or representing our industrial and municipal clients. This individual will help provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff, take responsible charge of managing the planning and design of diverse infrastructure projects in wastewater/water treatment and conveyance including QA/QC responsibility, stay abreast of new and innovative approaches to solving wastewater and water challenges. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that has the desire to build something great!
Specific Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering licensed in the State of Minnesota or ability to become licensed within 6 months of hiring.
8-10 years of engineering experience, consulting firm experience preferred.
Previous management experience is a plus.
Strong self-motivation, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
