ATM Field Service Tech

Job Description
NuSource Financial is based in Eden Prairie, MN provides customized innovative products and services to the financial industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated ATM Field Service Tech in the Milwaukee/Madison WI, and Bismarck ND. areas
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Must have two years or more of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Travel to customer locations in the area
- Manage service calls and time
- Communicate regularly with management on calls, inventory, escalations
- Run diagnostics on ATMs and perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Perform 2nd line and 1st line mechanical and electronic repairs on various ATM model
- Assist with installations and Bring Live of ATM in area
- Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained
- Activate, deactivate, install, and shelve Mas Hamilton locks
Must have two years or more of experience.
