Sierra is opening a new store on in Richfield, MN on August 24th, 2019 and we are looking to recruit energetic, creative, and adventurous individuals for the following positions:

  • Gear Associate (Part-Time)
  • Merchandise Associate (Part-Time)
  • Front End Associate (Part-Time)
  • Operations Associate (Part-Time)
  • Gear Team Lead (Full-Time)
  • Merchandising Team Lead (Full-Time)
  • Front End Team Lead (Full-Time)
  • Operations (Stockroom) Team Lead (Full-Time)
