We’re a Credit Union Service Organization, CUSO, that was founded in 2002. We were imagined and created in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We can proudly say we are collectively owned by our clients, and we act as a shared resource for over 350 credit unions across the United States.

We offer a wide range of products and services that reach 1.2 million members and $13 billion in assets from our departments: Communications, Data Analytics, Contact Center, Bookkeeping, and Shared Branching.
