PerformTel, originally founded as PerforMark360, first opened its doors in 2008 located with its headquarters being in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company originally started out as a call center to service only internal direct response campaigns, quickly grew into a leading BPO provider for direct response merchants.

Over the years we’ve always held the belief that size and growth isn’t what we’re about, always putting our main emphasis on the quality of our services, because we know everything will take care of itself from there.

Our agent training process is second to none, leaving only around 30% of our original hires to begin working on our call floor.
