Oak Grove Community, established in 1983, provides a variety of supportive services to adults living with mental illness in a customized living setting. Our agency provides evidence based supportive services that promote stability, wellness and community building. Oak Grove recognizes that each client we support is an individual and whole person who is much more than their illness.
