With a focus on academic rigor, core character values, and world class opportunities, New Prague Area Schools engages everyone in high levels of learning.

The district offers academically rigorous curriculum in all three elementary schools, middle school and high school. Educational opportunities begin at birth with our Early Childhood Family Education classes for children ages 0-5 and their parents, as well as a comprehensive preschool program.

New Prague Area Schools prides itself on demonstrating outstanding academic achievement on state tests each year. In the 2014-2015 school year, New Prague ranked out of 359 School Districts in Minnesota:  4th in Science, 8th in Mathematics, and 9th in Reading. Of the 97% of students who graduate from New Prague High School, 88% go on to post-secondary schooling. 

The New Prague Area Schools World’s Best Workforce Plan has been built in large part by the dedicated staff members who represent the district. A collaborative team effort has committed time and resources to provide the World’s Best Workforce Plan for the District of New Prague Area Schools.
