WMI has also been honored by University United for its mixed-use Metro Lofts development on University Avenue in St. Paul and by the Minnesota Shopping Center Association for Penn Lowry Crossing, a grocery-anchored mixed-use development on north Minneapolis.

Our commercial tenants are businesses of all sizes, from the smallest retailer or service business to rapidly growing high technology firms. We are proud to have earned the St. Paul Chamber’s Deubener Award, given to outstanding service businesses in the region.
