Organizational Structure

OIT services are delivered with a matrix model.

  • Demand for IT services is managed by the associate vice president and the associate chief information officers (ACIOs), who work with campus leaders to determine institutional needs.
  • Business service directors in 23 areas manage how these services are supplied by working with cross-functional staff teams to deliver a suite of service offerings in each area.
  • The service directors request staff members' time from managers in four vertical line organizations.

Partners & Projects
