OIT services are delivered with a matrix model.
- Demand for IT services is managed by the associate vice president and the associate chief information officers (ACIOs), who work with campus leaders to determine institutional needs.
- Business service directors in 23 areas manage how these services are supplied by working with cross-functional staff teams to deliver a suite of service offerings in each area.
- The service directors request staff members' time from managers in four vertical line organizations.
Partners & Projects
Office of Information Technology staff members and partners are members of many campus, inter-institutional, and national information technology advisory boards, consultative groups, and professional organizations.
