Company Overview
Minnesota CarePartner began in 2015.  We saw a need for in-home services to address the needs of individuals who have a difficult time making it to an office due to medical issues, mental health conditions, financial issues and/or lack of transportation.

We felt it would be clinically beneficial to meet people in their natural environment and where they are most comfortable as a way to optimize goal achievement. Alternatively, we offer office therapy for those who prefer to receive services outside of their home.

We intentionally and consciously serve various communities of color, sexual orientations, income levels and focus on
marginalized populations. We serve the underserved and work hard to bring about social justice. The goal is to build a peaceful and just community throughout Minnesota. We attempt to match families with staff from the same culture and by people who speak the same language.

We partner with child protection agencies to provide safe supports and services throughout and after the process through supervised visitation, child and family skills and in-home therapy (individual, family, couples conseling). We tailor services to the unique cultural needs of the family.

Our mission is to help families become successful in the community. We help with more than just mental health. Click HERE to read more about our personal mission to help families stay together and why we fight for social justice and disparity reduction in the child welfare system.
