It is the philosophy of Enrich inc. that residential programs are based on a family structure.  All persons living in an Enrich inc. home are members of a family.  Each person is valued and is loved unconditionally and neither their role nor capacities are judge.  It is believed that developing roles in which a person can contribute to others in the family and in the community elevates their own sense of self worth and independence.
