Audio Video Electronics (AVE) was started in a garage by Dave Moberg in 1993 before opening as a TV/Radio repair shop in downtown Hopkins a year later.  Stefan Svärd interned at the fledgeling company while working towards a degree in Audio Engineering, learning the business of selling and installing A/V equipment. In 1999, Stefan purchased AVE from the founder and set about building his company. In the ensuing years, Audio Video Electronics has become one of the midwest's best regarded design and installation companies, specializing in acoustics, sound, video, and stage lighting. Today AVE continues to build on this reputation with seasoned, expert staff of designers and installers serving an ever growing roster of satisfied clients.
