IHSC staff carry necessary state certifications or licenses for asbestos and lead projects, and our Professional Geologists are available to assist with property transfer or environmental contamination issues. IHSC provides on-site analysis during abatement operations and bulk material analysis through our in-house laboratory.

IHSC professionals provide Environmental Compliance Management (ECM) and permitting services for our clients. ECM services include: "green" and compliance audits, hazardous and solid waste management, air permitting, storm water audits, permits, pollution prevention plans, sampling, inspections, training; SPCC plans, NPDES permitting, SARA compliance, environmental training, permit negotiations, and preapring submittals for local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
