Guardian Angels † Elim Home Care and Hospice is  jointly owned and operated by Guardian Angels Senior Care of Elk River and Elim Care of Eden Prairie, MN. Guardian Angels and Elim Care are non-profit church related corporations whose missions are very similar. The major focus of these organizations is to provide quality, comprehensive services to the elderly. Guardian Angels is sponsored by Holy Trinity Episcopal Church of Elk River, and Elim Care is sponsored by the Northern Plains and North Central District of the Evangelical Free Church of America. Originally formed in 1991 as Guardian Angels Home Health Care, the organization was incorporated in September of 1996 as Guardian Angels † Elim Home Care, Inc. The corporate office is located in Elk River, MN with branch offices in Cambridge, MN and Buffalo, MN.  Guardian Angels † Elim Hospice was added to the organization in Elk River in 2005, and in Buffalo and Cambridge in 2006 and 2008 respectively.

Today we refer to our organization as Guardian Angels †Elim Home Care and Hospice and are proud to serve the counties of Mille lacs, Isanti, Anoka, Sherburne, Wright, and western Hennepin.
