Associate Sales Manager
The Associate Sales Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth plan for the Atlanta, Georgia territory. The growth plan will be driven by developing IPC’s legacy distribution network and developing new channels of distribution.
GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES
- Provide overall vision and direction for new market expansion beyond IPC distribution
- Define, implement, and execute overall new market growth strategies
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the analytical framework for market prioritization and focus of sales effort and company investment
- Identify, attract, develop, and retain new strategic partners that align with current and future growth strategies.
- Responsible for developing effective programs to drive profitable growth in new target channels
- Effectively partner with IPC VP of Business Development to mature the business development function and ensure successful integration with regional sales organization.
- Responsible for all product lines including floorcare, windows, and vacuums.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Preferred sales experience to include:
- a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or business development experience
- experience with developing and managing dealer and/or distribution partnerships, with a preference for Jan/San distribution.
- Experience developing and implementing sales planning.
- Experience developing and implementing dealer and/or distribution programs.
- Track record of successful sales performance
