Foundry workers operative/laborer questionairre

To be considered for the open foundry worker job positions candidates must have the following qualifications: EXPERIENCE: One year experience in a foundry or heavy industrial manufacturing environment within the last 2 years Candidate is required to have the basic understanding and skilled usage of hand tools and computers. SHIFT: 2nd or 3rd shift opportunities (Initial training may be on 1st shift) Per the Minnesota Rule 5200.0910 PROHIBITED EMPLOYMENTS OF MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD No minor under the age of 18 shall be employed at Carley Foundry The job positions are physically demanding requiring repetitive duties such as: LIFTING/CARRYING: 60 lbs. also Push/Pull 60 lbs. POSTURE/MOVEMENTS: Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist at waist, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, squat, bend neck forward/upward, Reaching overhead, with outstretched arms HAND WORK: Repetitive use of right and left hands with pinch/grasp force ENVIROMENTAL EXPOSURES: EXTREME HEAT Molten Aluminum, fire, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibration, mechanical moving equipment Please fill out the entire questionaire.

Q4. The initial training for 60 days may be on the 1st shift and we are hiring for 2nd shift 2 pm to 10 pm and 3rd shift 10 pm to 6 am Monday thru Friday. Are you able to commit to this?
