ROLE SUMMARY:
Be a member of our team beginning January 2023! This is a 15-20 hour/week position for the Spring semester (minimum) and full time for the Summer. Our internship is an opportunity to supplement business education with real-world experience at a top media company selling to the nation's biggest retailers.
The Intern will support the Sales and Retail Planning teams in our Edina office, allowing for a hybrid work schedule with in-office training and support. The primary purpose of this position will be to work closely with the Retail Planning team to provide retail sales analysis and support to our entire sales team.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Post-promotional sales analysis
  • Store visits and department audits
  • Weekly scorecard development
  • Internal and external presentation development
  • Other ad hoc projects and tasks
Within our positive and supportive environment, the Intern will gain exposure to the retail environment at a corporate level, including broad experience with quantitative analysis, shopper insights and retail/brand marketing and promotion. They will also learn how to work with retailer data systems and make meaningful contributions to the sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Sophomore-Level standing or above in pursuit of an Undergraduate BA/BS
  • Available for 15-20 hours per week in a hybrid capacity (work in the office AND from home)
  • Competent in the Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis

  • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Possess strong interpersonal and business communication skills
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
