About the Company:

About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Finance Director, responsible for project finance debt, equity, and tax equity deal execution for renewable energy projects.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant project finance experience working within the U.S. power or infrastructure sectors and executing project finance transactions.

Experience with project finance debt, equity, and/or tax equity deal execution experience in renewables.

Proficiency and quantifiable results (deal sheet) with project finance.
