Parts Sales Representative Summary:

• To develop and manage accounts by ensuring prompt and courteous service to all customers

Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the correct engine parts required to meet their needs
• Answer customer telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
• Price and quote engine parts required by customers
• Receive and post inventory for parts orders
• Fulfill or Invoice all parts, add shipping and handling costs in a prompt and efficient manner
• Enter stock orders for engine parts from select suppliers
• Follow up on all Back Orders from incompletely shipped stock orders
• Conduct parts inventory and stock checks as required
• Work closely with Production and Sales to order engine parts required to meet production schedules for OEM customers
• Process customer returns in an accurate and timely fashion
• Utilize our Service Dealer network to assist customers
• Assist Shipping & Receiving department as needed.

Parts Sales Representative Qualifications:

* Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

* Special Requirements:

• Prefer 2+ years of inside telephone and sales experience
• Prefer prior parts experience in the industrial market (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills / navigation
• Basic math skills
