Due to our recent expansion, we are looking to hire a Customer Service Associate immediately! The Customer Service Associate is responsible for managing the on-site customer support, developing sales strategies, and attracting new clients and customers. during our promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customers needs
  • Build long lasting client relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Attend meeting, sales events and training
  • Manage on-site Inventory
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions


Requirements

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience
  • Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision
  • Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
