JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Director oversees Chick-fil-A Plymouth's talent management (team member recruitment pipeline through training), retention, and development initiatives. The Talent Director is expected to lead by example in treating everyone with honor, dignity, and respect. This position requires high-caliber communication skills and will encourage, support, and positively hold all teammates accountable to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures. The Talent Director role emphasizes training and coaching others in the restaurant as well as creating an atmosphere of care. Within the Talent Director role, personal leadership growth is encouraged.


In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be able to complete repetitive tasks
  • Must have five (5) years of leadership experience or a completed undergraduate degree
  • Communicate effectively with all guests, vendors, community patrons, and Team Members
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • At least two (2) year of HR experience preferred
  • Demonstrates expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
