- 3+ years of business transactional work such as corporate formation/governance, asset/stock purchase diligence and/or drafting, real estate diligence, negotiation and/or drafting, secured transactions, finance and similar matters related to helping small/midsize/national clients with business concerns;

- Top academic credentials preferred;

- Diligent, professional demeanor and personality adaptable to collaboration with clients as well as colleague attorneys;

- MN-licensed.
